The Center for Harmonious Living is a growing community helping people develop the wisdom and compassion to live and work better together. We offer teachings, meditation classes, retreats, and chances to connect with awesome people just like you.
We teach Buddhology: The study of how to awaken our minds from problematic habits, distraction, and ignorance, and how to build harmony within ourselves, our communities, and society.
These teachings and practices have provided a framework for peaceful communities around the world for over 2,600 years. We apply a secular, practical lens to these teachings, using the best of modern philosophy, psychology, and science to draw out Buddha's meaning and show its practical applications.
We're a progressive learning community, continuously working to be more honest and skillful with ourselves and others.
